Looking back more ten years ago, the thought that mobile phones could possibly be more than a device to make calls from would have seemed ludicrous. When the option of texting was announced, it was met with some scepticism, but is today as commonplace as anything. No longer can we imagine what life would be like without the option of sending a text to our friends. Many of us believed that there could no longer be any advancement in mobile phone technology with all that is already available. Nokia has proved us wrong however; with plans for a complete Home Control Centre for your mobile phone!

Popular mobile phone company Nokia has once again led the advancement of mobile phone technology. The have developed a system whereby users can control heating, lighting and home appliances straight from a mobile. If you want the heating turned up before you get home; you only need to press a button to adjust the temperature. Lights on or off; oven on before you get in; these are all options with the new Home Control Centre mobiles.
